Vision

At West Suburban Humane Society, our vision is to work towards the day when all dogs and cats are loved and cared for and pet owners have access to essential resources so they may enjoy a fulfilling relationship with their pets.

Goals

1. 1.Increase adoptions to enable us to prevent homelessness and help more animals in need.
2. 2.Improve the customer service experience for our adopters. We want to be known as the premier animal shelter in the Western Suburbs.
3. 3.Strengthen the human-animal bond through advocacy, humane education and promotion of animal welfare initiatives.
